Creditme2u

I have tried doing a creditme2u from my iPhone to my mums push button phone. It has worked before but now it is saying that I can only transfer to a Telstra prepaid number. The number is below.

Hi Deathcom73,

 

I'm also having a problem with CreditMe2u, mine is saying that credit can only be transferred to a Pre-paid Plus customer, which is not correct. 

 

You need to contact Telstra directly either via Live Chat

Or ring Prepaid on 1258887 (8am -9pm AEDT) and report what is happening when you are using the CreditMe2u feature. 

They'll also be able to look at your account and transfer the credit for you.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
