Hi BooBoo1,

 

If you need to get a replacement sim because your has been lost/stolen or you have a new phone and need a different size sim, we can swap it over without affecting your account balance or bonus inclusions. It is important though that you get a replacement sim from a Telstra store and not a new prepaid starter kit
