Email not loading

For goodness sake and the love of god please fix the emails!! For about the last 6 weeks they are not loading on the laptop and it's coming up as timing out. Due to covid and where I'm located I'm stuck at home trying to work which is an impossibility when you can't open them!!! Don't even get me started on trying to contact someone about this!!! When I finally got help on the app which I must say is terrible as well they said it would be fixed shortly. Still not fixed and clearly I'm not the only one having problems!!
