Esim, activation

I have scanned my esim, got onto telstra and activated it, the message i got said it would be working in 2-4 hours, or if i was coming from another network, 48 hours, i am not.  but it is not working, Telstra just keep going round in circles as usual i cannot get an answer as to if the activation has worked.  Anyone had this issue and resolved it?

You will know if the activation has worked as your service will be working.

 

Have you restarted your phone?

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

I got qn upfront sim plan last week I got it delivered Monday they are telling me the same been 3 days now tried resetting the phone been in contact with them every day since Monday they keep saying 48 hours

Does your problem relate to eSIM activation, or a standard SIM?.

- if it's a standard SIM you should really start your own thread.

 

How did you reset the phone?.

Same issue is here. All the way to wait for 7 hours on the chat with telstra and told me go to store.. what kind of work is that?

It seems telstra hasn't got any capability to run eSim service at all.
