eSIM and number transfer from Optus

I ordered a new monthly postpaid plan with Telstra and wish to transfer my number from Optus.

Submitted the application on Saturday but still haven't received my eSIM instruction as of COB Monday.

Just wondering how long this process will take?

Tried contact support number and do on live chat. Both are useless and keep guiding me back to self-service...
