Esim no service

I’ve got an iPhone 11 Pro Max, I have my My Vodafone personal line as the normal sim and I have just added my Telstra number using the QR code as the e sim how ever it has no service what so ever. Can someone please help. Thanks  


ps. The Vodafone sim is working fine just not the e sim
