eSim transfer taking ages!

I initialised transferring my eSim after resetting my phone yesterday morning and it is still in progress and I have no service as a result? Why is it taking so long? This is ridiculous.

You will need to contact Telstra Customer Support to find out what is happening. Call 132200 or chat online using either the My Telstra app or through My Telstra via the website.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Telstra released an update to the My Telstra app yesterday, and its notes mentioned extra eSIM management functionality.  It could be worth looking at.

What happened I’m still 24 hrs in 13 expert fools amd also sos can’t call anyone got so many lies
