@ForestLakeGuy Sometimes that can be resolved by either trying at a different time of the day or try clearing your browser cache.

Best way to report a coverage issue is to speak to the Mobile Assurance/Faults team at Telstra by calling 13 22 00.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.

Setup direct debit
