Help

Please help Telstra

i ordered a new phone, wasn’t home for collection so will pick up on Monday. 
However my current Telstra phone service  is now not working. I can not make calls or receive calls. It seems Telstra has cut me off early before  starting up my née phone.

this is not ok causing me heaps of dramas with no phone, I live alone and need to make calls for work and possibly emergencies!

ive messaged Telstra for hours last night, they said they fixed it but didn’t! And now they are not answering me!

what can I do to get my phone working?

You could contact Telstra Support and ask them to associate your new mobile network service with your current SIM card.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
