imap not responding

I moved over to NBN on Tuesday. Since then our Apple mobile phones no longer receive emails, but we can send emails from the devices?

The Error says: "The mail server imap.telstra.com is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct account information in Mail settings".

Help please.

Remove the account from your Apple phone and add the account again making sure you have the correct email address and password.

“Have you tried turning it off and on again?”
