iPhone 12 NO SERVICE for three days
Since upgrading my existing (working!) service to an iPhone 12 pro, my phone has been showing “NO SERVICE”.
I have contacted support through text message 5 times and spent a total of 10 hours testing various things on my end to no avail.
so far, under instruction, I have tried:
> resetting the phone back to factory settings
> resetting only the “all settings”
I am unable to make any phone calls or log into any of my personal or work services that require two factor authentication. This is an absolute disaster.
