iPhone 12 Pro screen

Only had iPhone 12 Pro for 10 months.

Device is in 2 year payment plan with Telstra

Screen has small crack.

Any idea if this is covered by Telstra for repair or replacement ?

I tried the help chat but the bot wasn’t helpful.
