iphone 5 cracked screen
I'm a Telstra employee & i have only had my iphone 5 for approx 2 months, & the screen has cracked. I'm on a telstra contract & I have been told that I can re-contract & I should be able to get a new phone.
Can you please advise if this is the case?

If the new IP5 you have came with your Telstra plan or if you are paying it off on top of your plan then if you recontract you would get cancellation fees.
If you only have a Sim Plan then your should be able to get a new handset and recontract without any cancellation fees.
