iPhone 5C Sim

Answered

Today, I got an iPhone 5C on a plan.

I switched from Android so I really have no idea what I am doing.

HOWEVER I was given a MicroSIM instead of a NanoSIM.

And since the SIM is linked to the plan (Isn't it?) what do I do??

Re: iPhone 5C Sim

Hey Jess, you can head to a Telstra store or dealership and they can help. I lost a sim once and they helped Smiley Happy What a screw up tho!

Re: iPhone 5C Sim

Thank you!

It wasn't a very good experience as he also put down the wrong billing address.

But hopefully it will all get sorted out tomorrow when I go to the telstra shop

Re: iPhone 5C Sim

Aw no. I know how you feel. Shame it's so late on a Sunday. That's a bugger about the billing address. Hopefully tomorrow will go better for you. Enjoy the new phone!

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
