iphone 5c

hey guys i got this phone from my nana second hand and she left her apple ID on there so i tried to reset and restore the phone back to factory standard but you need the pasword to  log back in but we dont know the pasword can you help

There are instructions here for factory resetting iPhone if you have lost password
