iPhone 6 bonus 1GB offer

Does the Bonus 1GB offer or extra call offer apply ONLY to online orders or will it be available in-store on launch day when re contracting?

According to the Mobile Phone Page, The Telstra Upgrade offer has been doubled from 500MB or $500 to 1GB or $1000 that is the listed online and is available over the phone, the current upgrade offer has been available through stores as well, so my understanding is that it should be available instore as well.
