iPhone 6s Plus lost/delivered to wrong address!

I have had the worst time trying to get my new iPhone 6s that I pre ordered on line! The point of pre ordering is to make it easier for the customer and get it delivered to your door?
Well that's not the case for me.
Has any one else had this issue?
I was given a tracking number for start track when I rang Telstra customer support and asked where my phone was as I didn't get a confirmation email.It said it had been delivered and signed for in MELBOURNE and my delivery address is in NSW close to the ACT. So there was the first issue. I rang start track and they said they couldn't do anything because Telstra needs to authorize it. I rang Telstra.. They also couldn't do anything apparently.
So basically no one knows where my phone is, it wasn't delivered to the address that was confirmed in the pre order email and apparently both parties can't do anything. So what am I meant to do Telstra... I'm one very very VERY unsatisfied and frustrated customer!
I thought the point of having a courier was for them to sight your ID and get your items to you SAFLEY!
WHERE IS MY PHONE!!!!

Will this result in my iPhone being delivered to me or a new one being sent out?
this has been one of the most complicated and annoying issues to date.

This has also happened to me, i spoke to multiple people from telstra and star track on friday who couldn't help. so today i spoke to someone from telstra on the live chat and they were able to help me out maybe you should try there too! hopefully you fid out where it is and when you'll get it. very un-professional of them.
