iPhone 6s Plus order problems

Answered
Seems that every year the pre orders have been stuffed up, this year I have had 3 different phone calls firstly in regards to the shared data SIM card, second the delivery address and now that due to a comment left by a Telstra technician in regards to the delivery address my order has been put on hold until the 25th before they can process the order due to not being in stock.

I order it at 5:03pm (initial confirmation of order email) and now it seems am not going to get iPhone as per my request on the date promised. Same problem for last three years when pre-ordering. Wish I was available to go into the shop like I normally have to but are busy and not able to wait at shop this year.

Also need a way to check and track orders as current system does not work for pre orders.

Thought Telstra would have it sorted by now gawd if I did this to my clients I would end up in the coroners court and possible jail. I spend over $600 a month with you but seems you still can't get it right.

Everything is always okay in the end, If it's not, then it's not the end.

Re: iPhone 6s Plus order problems

Completely agree mellorpc

I received a text from Telstra last night saying I have now switched over to a Shared Data plan (on a data plan less than the one I was on in terms of data) and when I contacted them to ask them about this, I found out that my pre order had been completed! Someone has switched my plan to the wrong plan and ticked off my pre order has been completed.

How is that possible if the phone is not available until Friday 25th September? No o can tell me why this has happened.

It is looking like now this will not be resolved until well after Friday
