If you send an iPhone back to Telstra does it have to. W in good condition?

We normally require devices back in good condition but depending on the situation, you can still send it in there'll just be a fee associated. 

When you say you're sending an iPhone back though, do you mean this is the end of a lease contract? Or are you looking to trade the iPhone in for some credit?
