Issue with internet

I just recently change my mobile phone provider from Optus to Telstra. I purchased Telstra prepaid SIM card annually. I have activated my sim, however I am having issue with the internet. It keeps giving me with an error message when I try to use my mobile data. You are not subscribed to a mobile data. I bet checked my plan, I am supposed to have a data allowance of 150 GB, and since I just activated the newsim 2 days ago, I should have the full data allowance. I have tried to turn off and turn on my phone several time. Put the phone on aeroplane mode and turn it off. I have also tried to the mobile data setting on my phone and reset

Have you reset the network connections?

Are you able to make/receive phone calls and send/receive messages?

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

I have reset the network connection several  time, I am able to receive and make phone calls just I keep getting not subscribed to a cellular data. I am able to receive and send text messages.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
