Message Chat response not acceptable
Trying to unlock an IPhone 6s that is over 4 years old to replace my daughters failed 5C.
Went throough the Codi chat on the website.... sent to an unlock page but after entering the EIME number gets a Red Page saying cant do it. Then get to a web page and Codi saying go instore. SO spent an hour inline instore to be told that the stores cant do it.
Get Directed to the Telstra App and message Chat.
Started Chat @4:45pm Friday... after many info requests and handbals I am told at 10:35pm that it needs 2nd level Technical Support and they would be available at 8am Saturday. Was advised to post in the same chat and prior notes would be seen. Post in chat and after 90 mintues (9:35am) as response came asking for all the details again. Advised details and told that I was advised to request 2nd level Support.
Since then there has been no contact between 9:35am and 12:59pm Saturday where I am directed back to the 1800782489 line which routes back to a link to message chat.
All circular frustrations.
