Mobile calls to Messengee

Fir the last month alot of my calls dont ring and go straight to messenger"i have spent hours on the phone with people in call centre and got know where. In fact one operator send me a message saying she could hear my phone ringing.

i went to Testra shop got  a new sim and still happening.

As I do work for Emergency  Services  i need a phone to ring TELSTRA.

and dont  tell me to turn volume up or check privacy etc settings I want service

Hey pinnacle48, welcome to CrowdSupport.

 

Sounds like your call Forwarding/Diversion settings have been changed. Try dialling **61*101**30# - this will set your time before diversion to 30 seconds. You can substitute "30" with a length of time of your preference, in 5 second increments.
