Mobile data is not connecting

Hi guys,
For the last two days, I have been having issues connecting to the internet and when on 4G.

No issues when connected to WiFi

I know very little about apple products but as a simple suggestion, I would recommend rebooting the mobile.


You can even try before doing that to turn off WiFi so the phone has no choice but to use 4G on bootup.

Someone keeps putting vegetables in my beer crisper :-(

What sort & model of device is it?.

What is APN set to?. Look in Settings.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.

Setup direct debit
