Mobile internet very slow in airport

Hi,

 

I am on telstra prepaid plan. ever since I changed to prepaid extra, i have slow internet connection every morning from 7.00 till 14.00. Is there a reason for this? when I test the speed is was only 0.65 MB/s for download and 0.10 for upload. That is a disgrace speed for a 4G. After the mentioned above time, the mobile phone is back to normal. Basically I can't even download my email.

Anyone has experience of this? I thought was my mobile phone, but everyday samething happened on the same time, back to normal in the afternoon.
