My mobile plan is changing

Hi there,

Re my plan, what if I don't want to change my plan and stay on my mobile medium, how will it affect the speed on my internet? It is already very slow anyway will it make it even slower if I stay on my current plan. Besides, I do not exceed my data allowance. At the moment I pay $60 a month.

The current plans are being retired, so you can't stay on the current plan. Changing plans will not affect the speeds that you are currently getting.


You can discuss your options by either calling 132200 or by sending a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). If Codi tries to redirect you, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat to a human.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
