MyTelstra app on iPad

The moment I downloaded the new app, my primary phone disappeared from my account. I can’t see it anywhere and I rely on checking the data. I also don’t get warnings on data usage anymore. Tried 17 Telstra customer service, none understand. Can’t fix it. I was advised to register an new ID, when I put my valid phone number in, it T number. So now my phone doesn’t still works.,
