Need help with unlocking my post paid I phone 5

Hi there,
Could you please help me with the following.
I go overseas and need to unlock my phone, a sent my phone info and got replay that I need to wait 72 hours and follow instructions. When 72 hours passed I started instructions and did iCloud back up, restore iPhone and restored from back up. My problem is that I received no notifications or saw no boxes informing me that my phone is unlocked now.
I am worried that i did smth wrong and I don't have other sim to check it.
Can you please answer if this is ok that there were no notification or where I can call to check that my phone is unlocked now?

Hi Di2013,

 

I'm afraid we can't check that directly from CrowdSupport - but if you contact our unlocking theam via 132200, they should be able to confirm via you 15 digit IMEI number whether the unlocking process has been completed in Apple's systems (and therefore our own) for you.
