Need to put nettfix on Telstra acc apparently if I change plans it will not cost me any extra it just means acc plan will change names and nettfix will be linked to to telsta But apparently someone will have to be here to connect to Foxtel box When this is done everything will be in one place. I think the plan is called Platinum plus which is $130.a month so there’s no extra increase in my acc ..so my nettfix I have now will aotomaticaly be canceled so I will be saving $16 a month..
I also believe the extra I have to pay will be one of payment of $100 in advance will be fine because my acc is over $300 in credit do I have all this right We are over 80 years of age and was wondering why Telstra tech can’t link this up for us

Generally speaking what you have laid out sounds correct but this is something you will need to speak with our service team about, not something we can confirm on crowdsupport as we do not have access to your account specifics.
Please come through on this specialised online messaging support team link https://tel.st/2yxzc4. (If you are using an iPhone, please make sure to have iMessage turned on). Then type "Foxtel and netflix" and a member of our team will be in touch to assist you with this.
This is a link only available here over social media when the My Telstra app or phone contact points are not getting you the help you need. It also bypasses the Telstra Assistant and gets you in contact with an Expert.
Please note: This specialised team is available via this link from 8am to 8pm AEST daily.
