New iPhone needs QR Code

Okay so our new iPhone 11 has arrived and set up is fine. It’s asking for a QR code which hasn’t been supplied for given but won’t connect to our plan without it. Where can this be found?

The QR code is for if you are using an eSIM (shouldn't need it if you are using a physical SIM).


To get the QR code for an eSIM, you can either go to a Telstra Shop, or call 132200 and ask for it to be sent to you (Livechat can also organise it).

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
