New sim card needed

My iphone 4 has today stopped working all of a sudden, after making a call, the screen wasnt black and wil not turn on. My husband has an old iphone 5 at home which i can use, however I have relised the iphone 4 sim doesnt fit in the iphone 5 phone. Can you purchase a new sim card with your existing number, to use in a second hand phone?

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you

Re: New sim card needed

Probably the easiest and quickest way to get this fixed would be with a quick call into your nearest Telstra shop. They would change the sim card over for you to the correct size, retaining all your account details etc. in about 5mins and free of charge.
