New Telstra customer

I made a mistake and just ordered online a new phone and plan, it hasn’t been shipped yet, how do I stop it from coming as I don’t want to be with Telstra . Thanks

There are a couple of ways you can do this. The easiest to reject delivery. The device will be returned and order cancelled. 

Otherwise, we can check your account to confirm what your options are. Please speak with our team via the My Telstra App messaging service (link here https://tel.st/bxt9y). Just click on the "Get Help" menu icon and then click on the "Message Us" button and type "disconnection" and a member of our team will be in touch to assist you with this. If you get stuck on the Codi chat bot, you can type "Consultant" to get through to a team member.
