No 4G Data

For the past 3 days I have no 4G data in my area. When i check for outages it tells me there none yet i have the issue. I reset mobile network settings, restarted the phone, tried the troubleshoot on the app and it tells me to call telstra. The automated voice tells me they can't talk to me right now, thanks for nothing.
