No messagebank alerts - Telstra CrowdSupport - 914637

Since making changes to my Telstra account (putting it in my name instead of my husband's) neither of us are receiving text messages to alert us when a voicemail has been left in our Messagebanks (mobile). No messages about missed calls either. Messagebank has been set up, messages recorded, diverts on and Phone Notifications on.
