No mobile data access

I have just transferred my phone number from Optus to Telstra and since transferring I have had no access to the internet on my phone when I am not home. The phone says I am connected to Telstra stay safe network but none of the apps or internet pages work.

Have you been through the settings to ensure that you have mobile data turned on?.

What is your current APN setting?.

- write the setting down, and then set it to  telstra.iph as a try
