No phone service

Since 8am this morning I have had no phone service I’m up to date on my bill I use my service as I’m on call for work 

need help to fix it please

If the phone is via an NBN connection try rebooting the modem.

 

Otherwise best to call support on 13 22 00.

You can go to https://fix.telstra.com.au and it will run some automated checks on your service/account. If it can't get you up and running again, it will put you in contact with a consultant.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

You could restart your iPhone.

 

Also, you could check your Telstra Mobile service status by signing into My Telstra on the Telstra webpage.
