No response

Still waiting after over 24 hours to get an answer why I had excess calls on my bill!!  No reply message, no reply phone call, no acknowledgement at all!!! Not good enough, I’m always ahead in payment maybe thats the case.  Hello Optus

I have sent three measges in 24 and now responses and no response. Goodbye Telstra. So disappointed
