I have orderd a set of earpods from the rewards store and they still have not arrived i have got the startrack tracking number and it says that they came but never got deliverd so startrack has sent them back. when i rang startrack they said it was because there was no company name on parcel ??, i have tried ringing telstra with no luck they said to go to live chat but all you get is a virtual assistant who cant help you, i have emailed them so they can ring me back but when they did, they said the same they cant help me and download the 24/7 ap which i have and have already tried? i have all the tracking numbers order numbers etc
