Order confirmation

Hi, i ordered a new iphone 11 pro max last week on 8th march. i didnt get any confirmation of order which i was meant to receive within the timeframe of 24-48 hours. However, a

week passed by and still i didnt get any response even after Contacting telstra team for so many times, I cancelled that order and asked them to plaxe a new order. Now this time again, the same issue seems to be happening. Thus, I am clueless of what should I do. Because i dont have any spare phone with me at the moment. I am using my frnds old phone and have to return it back. So i request anyone to help me out in this situation. Thanks
