Order delay

Hello my Name is Kim,

I ordered a iPhone 11 green 64GB, just over two weeks ago on the 3/4/20

I received my order email the day I ordered the device but no shipping email have come through, i spoke to a lady on the phone last Tuesday & she told me that my order had been assigned to a manger but couldn't give me a estimated shipping date or arrival & told me to call back at two weeks, so I called today & the lady I spoke to was lovely but she couldn't give me any information on my order because it was an online order & they can't access it. I have tried to track my order but nothing comes up, my order number is SBS50792620 can someone please look into it for me.
