Good Morning Team, 

 

I placed an order for a pair of earphones for my mother as a gift before she left the country. The order was placed on the 16th, and since after 7Business days I had not received anything from Telstra apart from the order confirmation, but the order status started showing it has been completed just after one day, i reached out to Telstra via the chat app. 

 

The support agent sent that we have dispatched it hence the order is closed, gave me a tracking number and basically asked me (nicely) to fight it out with Star Track. 

 

I disagree with this, I should not be responsible for chasing up my delivery, and Telstra should not be completing the order till the goods have reached the customer. Telstra has convineintly added the repayments to my plan, but wont take responsibility for to ensure that the goods have reached the customer.
