Order dispatched but I can't track it?
My order has been dispatched:
It’s on its way
We've processed your order and it will be arriving soon. Our courier will deliver it to the address you gave us or, if that's not possible, to your local Post Office. You can track the delivery of your order...
But I put my tracking code into Startrak and nothing comes up: SBS7959909
My wife's phone has already been delivered however.

Checking our Order Tracker, https://www.my.telstra.com.au/myaccount/track-my-order?order=SBS7959909 it is showing that your order is on Back Order I'm afraid.
We acknowledge that this is extremely frustrating, and we are doing what we can to secure more stock as soon as possible. Once we receive this new stock, your handset will be allocated to your order and dispatched.
Meanwhile we will be keeping you updated regularly with SMS progress reports.
