Paid an internet bill twice by mistake

Hello. I think I paid an internet bill for Telstra twice and I would like to know how this issue can be fixed ..Thanks

Hey Hamada, if you pay it twice it would result in the additional amount being added to your account and reduce the next bill or if you would like to request a refund then you would need to speak to billing. Easiest way is to send a message in the myTelstra app otherwise you would have to call and try your luck at getting though.
