Pay out lease and upgrade phones

Answered

I would like to pay out the lease on two XR phones (after the two year period to keep them) and purchase two new iphone 12 pro max over a 24 month period. While I understand why I need a new plan, why do I need to lose my current numbers for 48 hours, be sent out a new SIM, activate that SIM and call Telstra to have the numbers transferred over to the new SIMs? Cant I just upgrade my plan?

Re: Pay out lease and upgrade phones

Have you been to a Telstra Store to ask about that?.

They should be able to organise it all in one session, but it could take some time so it might be best to make an appointment

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
