You should have received a confirmation message within 5 business days of receipt of device by the warehouse (10 business days total allowance)
Send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). If Codi redirects you, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human. It may take a few hours to get a response but you will get a notification through the app.

Re: Phone Trade In
Thank you I did read this just concerned as 20 days and no acknowledgement and advises 5 days and sms but no answer after a further 10 to contact. Kept redirecting when trying to contact of the issue, am trying a suggested path in the app to gain a consultant discussion. Not had these issues with alternate carriers so trying to get my head around Telstra and how to access answers required.

Re: Phone Trade In
I’m having exactly the same issue, has been sitting at Villawood since the 11th November and absolutely nothing since.
my husbands phone went to Apple after I sent my trade in to Telstra and he is already paid out.

Re: Phone Trade In
Hi Blutaz.
Thanks for getting in touch, apologies for the delay getting back to you.
I see you were having some troubles regarding your trade in confirmation for your device return. As it has been over a month since then and this should be back to our warehouse and logged in as returned, did you end up getting this information? If not please let me know what has been happened recently, happy to help or get you pointed in the right direction for further assistance.
Regards -
