Poor Service Connection

Hi Telstra,

Our telstra coverage seems to have gone down hill At Tomki which lies not that far from Casino NSW 2470. It use to be ok, but nearly every call drops out now, My wife & I both have the iphone 6S which is blue tick. My daughter is with optus & can make calls inside the house. Where as we barely now can call standing out on the veranda, something has changed for sure.

Regards

David

Re: Poor Service Connection

I'd recommend calling the mobile faults team on 13 22 00 to report the coverage issue or report it online here https://service.telstra.com.au/customer/general/forms/coverage-feedback
I work for Telstra, but my opinions are my own and not that of Telstras

Re: Poor Service Connection

It could be that Telstra re_oriented the direction of the 3 sectors on the base station. It could be that previously you were in the centre of one of the sectors... and now you're on the edge.
Hopefully it's just a base station fault.
