Premium SMS

I’ve been switched over to the new plan. When I go to enter a premium sms for Cash Cow it now says I’ve exceeded my usage and won’t let me enter. I’ve ring and said “switch on” but I still can’t enter. Can someone explain how to turn this on where I have unlimited usage

If you are on one of the Telstra Upfront Mobile Plans, then Premium SMS is not available.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
