Telstra stated i

would receive a sachet in the post last Thursday so I could send back my device , they have not done this yet and I don’t want to get charged .


how do I contact them to see where this sachel is

Send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get help screen). If the bot doesn't understand the question, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human. It can take a few hours to get an initial response, but you will get a notification through the app when someone does respond.


They probably won't be able to tell if the satchel has been sent, but they should be able to organise another one just in case.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
