ring time divert to messagebank

I am stuck overseas and need to shorten the ring time before unanswered calls divert to messagbank. I can't dial the codes needed from my location. How can I change the ring time?

Sounds like you may have already tried the steps here, but if you haven't you can give that a crack.

 

If that's not working while overseas you'll need to message our mobile team on the My Telstra app, they can dive in and get this sorted for you.
