Sent a new iphone 12, never sent any emails or account information
I pre-ordered an iphone 12.
I was sent an order summary with the expected costs and a message saying that telstra would email me when the ordered was going to be shipped.
I did not receive any emails, and just assumed they were busy so whatever. But today I received my brand new phone, I still have not been charged by telstra nor have I received any account information.
Is this normal?
