I’m wanting to set up MessageBank on my prepaid phone. When I dial 101, the recording says that the service does not support 101. So I’ve tried the chatbot and calling you, but in either case you’ve hung up the call and I don’t have any other answer than the infuriating advice to call 101!!! But that’s clearly not working when it seems I must somehow set the phone up for that service!!! How can I do that??
